Another post in my PHOTO EPIC series. Light on words and heavy on pictures!
Pre-winter is a season all on its own here. Sandwiched somewhere between two weeks of fall in September and full-on winter in December. It’s a tough season for me in many ways. There is lots of gloomy weather, teaser snowfalls, but not enough to do all the typical winter activities. There are two things that our family loves in pre-winter though – wild skating on frozen lakes and ponds, and road sledding! We love to find quiet forestry roads, drive up them and then have wickedly long toboggan rides to the bottom. So awesome! Enjoy the assortment of photos taken over a few years and multiple sessions of fun 🙂
